These photos taken in 1998 show the
aircraft gear up, mounted on a pedestal.
This plaque commemorates those who
lost their lives while flying Skyraiders
in Southeast Asia - 104 Air Force and 40 Naval aviators.
The names
on the plaque are shown here.

Sometime after 1998 the aircraft
was removed from the pedestal and mounted on its gear. Presumably
this was a more stable mounting as hurricanes routinely threaten
the aircraft on display here.
